How We Do It

We get to know you first. We have to educate about what has to happen for your body to see results. We’ll discuss with you a basic understanding of how mindset, training, nutrition, and recovery have a role in what type of results you see. We’ll come up with a strategy on how we should start aligning those factors so you see results. This will include a custom training program and expectation for habits regarding nutrition. Then we’ll train you, anywhere from 2-5 times per week based on what we think is best, what your schedule will allow and what fits your budget. The training program will progress and change as you do. You might leave the group to do one one training or you might stay in the group. We’ll do whats necessary to make sure you get results.
