As a member of 312 club you’ll have access to methods that no other member at a health club has. You will have the information necessary to understand how to control the 4 major factors that determine your results. These are mindset, training, nutrition, and recovery. You’ll have access to videos that will instruct you on how to do the exercises selected for you in your custom program. You have access to the step process of how to find and stick to the right nutrition program for you. You will have everything you need to help support your training program outside the club.
